We must
receive your initial deposit for us to be able to hold your place in class.
Payment must be made in full 30 days before classes start.
Classes are
limited.
Once we receive
your deposit, you will receive an email confirming your deposit and a request
for your mailing address so we can send you a registration package and
pre-class reading material.
Monday to
Thursday classes are from 10:00am - 4:30pm (with a 50 minute break for
lunch)
Friday class is from 10:00am to noon
Note:
All funds
in Canadian dollars.
Full payment must be made 30 days before the first day
of classes for student to be accepted into any classes.
If you miss a module
you may make it up in the next segment of classes (there will be no refunds).
Please bring floor plans of your house or apartment (all floor levels
except basement) to class.
You will be supplied with a Workbook for class
material and note taking.
You must supply your own lunch or you may purchase
it from any of the nearby restaurants.
Course curriculum is subject to
change.
There will be assignments
to be completed in each class.
The final assignment will be 2 case studies
of properties you have consulted on after the course. You will then mail your
case studies back to the school when completed. Once they have been reviewed,
you will be interviewed by phone about the case studies. Your certificate will
be mailed out to you after the interview.
